The 2nd Global Art Fair Singapore, 2022 will be held at the Marina Bay Sands Expo Convention Center Hall C in Singapore from November 3 to6, starting with VIP invitation and media day at 6pm on Wednesday, November 2.
This year's Art Fair presents 2,000 works from 15 countries, which is an impressive increase in the number of participating countries and exhibits compared to the 1st Global Art Fair, Singapore in 2019.
Why Singapore? Singapore, a luxury city where culture and art coexist, is known as Asia's Silicon Valley. It is also emerging as a new art market that breaks the record of existing art fairs. In particular, as a financial hub that provides safe havens such as asset centers, it is one of the cities with the largest number of international transportation links in Asia, such as air and shipping.
Some of the major works include such world-famous artists as Pablo Picasso, Marc Chagall, Joan Miro, Kusama Yayoi, Andy Warhol, David Hockney, Jeff Koons, Damien Hirst, Nam June Paik, and Ufan Lee, which will be highlighted at the center of the art market.
